We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the planned 2G switch-off in Switzerland.

The final shutdown date for interoperable 2G toll devices currently in use has been extended until 30 September 2026.

This extension allows additional time to complete the replacement of the affected devices.

However, we strongly recommend that you do not wait until the final shutdown date and continue with the replacement of your current devices with the new 4G devices as soon as possible.

This is necessary to ensure the continuity of your toll payment service in Switzerland and to avoid any risk of travelling without a suitable toll payment device, which could result in operational disruption or potential penalties.
